B) Expressive Art Retreats and Workshops

Art to express emotions is safe, relaxing and powerful. Let go, enjoy childlike play, as art shows the way to gain insight and channel whatever you're going through. It's a place to be quiet, rest, escape, pull inward, to refuel, and honour inner wisdom.

Bring balance and vitality to your life by seeing yourself as creative. As you flow with your creative energy, there is more connection with harmony in life.

Cheryl is a caring facilitator focusing on finding the unique vibrancy of each student. She creates an atmosphere to support the art process and release judgment.

Cheryl is aware of the link between art and mental health after walking from depression and will gently walk with you as you open your creativity

  • Expressive Art Workshop
  • If you're new to artist materials or not, you'll fit in! This class is about expression, non-judgment, and exploration of various materials and tools.

I will prepare and present an inspiration, technique, instruction, or some sort of gentle challenge at the beginning of each session to get you going... then I step back, watch, and provide support for what you choose to do with it.
